Dan Hanson, from Rogers, was announced as the winner of the 2021 Can-Am Outlander 450 raffle put on by the Sleepy Eye Sportsmen’s Club. This raffle was part of their annual Fishing Derby, which was held Feb 6. The 2021 Can-Am Outlander was purchased by the Sportsmen’s club from Miller Sellner Powersports.
