Chamber visits new BeMobile manager

NEW ULM – The Willkommen Committee recently visited BeMobile to welcome their new manager, Travis Ingebretson. Ingebretson has been with the company for five years and moved here from the Fargo/Moorhead area. With the move, he was promoted from being a sales partner to management. He lives in Mankato, has two huskies and a fiancee who works in St. Peter. Travis says that it’s a nice change of pace to be in the New Ulm community. Financial fraud seminar offer

NEW ULM – With concern of financial scams and fraud on the rise a special seminar on prevention, Wednesday, May 28. The seminar will run from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. NEW ULM - During a Fine Arts Awards Ceremony held Wednesday May 14, the NUHS Band and Choir programs presented three seniors with awards. Amanda Vogel was awarded both the Director's Award for Band and the National School Choral Award for Choir. Britton Beran was presented with the John Philip Sousa Award for Band and Brooks Miner received the Director's Award for Choir.
