The Brown County 4-H Federation will launch a brand-new community event this Saturday at the Brown County Fairgrounds.

The Brown County 4-H Summer Kickoff will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fairgrounds.

This family-friendly event is designed to bring the community together, highlight the work of local 4-H clubs, and support countywide youth programming. Visitors can enjoy a simplified food stand menu featuring hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken strips, French fries, and beverages. Proceeds from Food stand purchases will support both the Brown County 4-H Federation and participating clubs.

Local 4-H clubs will host interactive booths where families can learn about club activities, explore 4-H projects, and take part in games and hands-on activities. Some clubs may also have small animals on display, offering a fun and educational experience for youth and adults alike.
