Red Cross Blood Drive draws 176 units in three days
NEW ULM – The Red Cross wrapped up its New Ulm blood drive held at the Civic Center Friday.
Over the three day blood drive, the Red Cross received 176 units donated.
Wednesday, 70 units of blood were donated and one pin awarded to Jason Rewitzer for reaching seven-gallons of donated blood.
Thursday, 49 units of blood were donated and one pin awarded to Eugene Globlirsch for reaching 19-gallons of donated blood.
Friday, 57 units were donated with one pin awarded to David Christiansen for reaching 16-gallons.
