Jacob Murphy, an Inpatient Mental Health RN is the latest recipient of the DAISY Award.

NEW ULM – New Ulm Medical Center (NUMC) celebrated new DAISY Award recipient Jacob Murphy, an Inpatient Mental Health Nurse.

Murphy was nominated for the award from a patient’s family. The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses is an honor created to recognize nurses who provide exceptional, compassionate care to patients and families. Established in memory of J. Patrick Barnes, it honors nurses for their clinical expertise, kindness, and role-model leadership.
