MVL Knowledge Bowl teams receive 5th and 10th at State AA meet

Two Minnesota Valley Lutheran (MVL) teams competed in the State Knowledge Bowl Meet held at Cragun’s Resort in Brainerd, MN, on April 10-11.
MVL Black and MVL Blue represented Region 9 in the AA division which consisted of 15 teams. The entire AA meet was exceedingly close with teams jumping around in the standings from 2nd – 11th places every round. MVL Black team managed to finished in 5th place after winning a 15 question tiebreaker duel against Marshall (Duluth). MVL Blue finished in 10th place with 84.5 points.
Top 5 were: Melrose - 127.5, Albany - 95, Park Christian - 94.5, Glencoe Silver Lake - 94.5 and MVL Black – 93.5
