Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with State Street Theater
The “Ring of Kerry” musicians and dancers will perform on state at State Street Theater Monday, March 17 for St. Patrick’s Day holiday.
NEW ULM — State Street Theater invites the public to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day festivities, Monday, March 17 with a lineup of events that honor Irish heritage and traditions.
The celebration begins with Minnesota’s oldest consecutive running St. Patrick’s Day Parade, marking its 60th year of bringing Irish pride to the streets of New Ulm. The parade kicks off at 5 pm on Minnesota Street, featuring decorated floats, lively music, and a warm display of community spirit.
Following the parade, guests can enjoy an authentic Irish supper at Kaiserhoff at 5:30 pm. Diners can choose from three hearty meal options:
• Bangers & Mash – Savory sausages with onion gravy, boiled cabbage, and bread sticks.
• Traditional Fish & Chips – Crispy fish served with fries, coleslaw, and bread sticks.
• Benson Ray – A Benson-sized rib paired with a Rays salad, chips (fries), and bread sticks.
To top off the evening, State Street Theater will present a performance of Ring of Kerry: Irish Music and Dancers at 7 pm. The show brings the best of traditional Irish music and dance.
Tickets are available as a package, including supper and a show. Or just the show for those who prefer to join for the entertainment or just the dinner at Kaiserhoff.
Tickets for the show are $30 in advance or $35 at the door, dinner is $30, and the show and supper packages are $60.
