Filing period continues through Tuesday, July 28
NEW ULM — Area candidates filing for election to offices that don’t feature a primary election continue.
On July 20, Greg Juberian filed for Courtland City Councilor-at-Large and Jay Shields filed for Winthrop City Councilor.
In Gibbon, Mayor Steve Klukas refiled for election July 21. City councilors Rachel Holmquist and Roger Tabbert both refiled July 22.
Jesse Diehn refiled for Fairfax City Council July 17.
Comfrey City Councilor Darlene Arnsdorf refiled July 20.
Gibbon Fairfax Winthrop (GFW) school board members George Grosam of Fairfax and Emilee Stehr of Gibbon refiled July 21 and 22 respectively.
Sleepy Eye School Board member Brian Nelson refiled July 20.
Comfrey School Board member Brandon Anderson refiled July 20.
Springfield School Board member Jessica Potter refiled July 21.
Red Rock Central School Board member Jacob Wahl refiled July 20.
Burnstown Township Supervisor John Holles and Burnstown Town Supervisor Ted Anderson both refiled July 15.
Mulligan Township Supervisor Mike Windschitl and Mulligan Town Treasurer Lynne Schroepfer both refiled July 14.
North Star Township Supervisors Jim Simonson and Dustin Hauschild both refiled July 14.
Stately Township Supervisors Corby Graff and Curt Thram both refiled July 14.
The non-primary election filing period ends at 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 28.
