NEW ULM – Traffic through the Highway 14/Highway 15 interchange was slowed down Monday afternoon following a semi-trailer rollover.

The rollover occurred around 1:41 p.m. as the vehicle was traveling through the roundabout. Minnesota State Patrol has not released the name of the driver, but stated the driver was uninjured in the accident. The semi-trailer was hauling approximately 80-85 pigs at the time of the accident. No information is available on how many animals were injured in the accident.

The rollover accident completely blocked one lane of traffic on Highway 14. Traffic was rerouted as crews worked move the vehicle. The lane was reopened to traffic at 3:35 p.m.
