NEW ULM — On Thursday, May 11, the New Ulm Water Department will begin flushing water mains starting on:

Center Street to 3rd North from Broadway to Garden;

Garden Street to West Street from 2nd to 5th North

Flushing will be approximately between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents should avoid laundering clothes when flushing is occurring in your neighborhood. It is advisable to allow about an hour after daily flushing for water to clear. If you experience any water discoloration after flushing in your area, run your water and it should clear up.
