NEW ULM — Join the New Ulm Public Library on Monday, April 17 at 6:30 p.m. for a visit with Minnesota author Susan Bartlett Foote, author of the award winning “The Crusade for Forgotten Souls,” a history of mental health institutions and reforms in Minnesota. Susan will share insights about the book and her research process. She is professor emerita in the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota, where she was head of the Division of Health Policy and Management from 1999 to 2005 and also wrote “Managing the Medical Arms Race: Innovation and Public Policy in the Medical Device Industry.”
