Lisa Reinarts

Citizens Bank Minnesota announces the promotion of Lisa Reinarts to Chief Operations Officer. Reinarts will replace Julie Baumgartner, SVP, Chief Operations Officer, upon her retirement in early July, at which time, Reinarts will assume those responsibilities.

Reinarts is a Citizens employee of 16 years and her current role is AVP/Operations Analyst. She graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management with minors in Accounting and Business Administration. In 2018, she completed an internal two-year program, Citizens Leadership Academy (CLA), that was developed to grow leadership skills of staff members and focused on professional and personal growth.

Reinarts is a Network New Ulm graduate, former member of the Women’s Forum, and a new board member for New Ulm Bowling. She also volunteers teaching Junior Achievement at area schools and working concession stands. Reinarts lives in Courtland with her husband and two sons.
