Staff completes leadership program at Citizens
NEW ULM — Citizens Bank Minnesota announces that six employees have completed the Citizens Development Program – The Leader Path, a program developed by the bank to provide personal and professional development for any employee who is looking to lead by example and to thrive in their current role. The program goals for participants are: to improve job skills, to enhance written and verbal communication skills, to grow in knowledge of bank operations and strategy, to understand the role of personality and strengths in one another’s interactions in the workplace, and to learn to be adaptable to change.
Employees who not only have a commitment to Citizens, but also have a desire to achieve extraordinary accomplishments through personal leadership are eligible for the 12-month program. In 2022-2023, five employees completed the full program: Crystal Altmann (Citizens Connection Representative), Ashley Boyum (Senior Client Services Representative), Jamie Kasiska-Pettersen (Human Resources Assistant), Mary Neumann (Document Imaging Specialist), and Renee Thordson (Senior Client Services Representative). Joel Schwartz (Information Technology Specialist) completed an a-la-carte option within the program.
