Authorities arrest four in St. James after drug search

ST. JAMES — Authorities arrested four St. James residents after executing a drug search warrant on the 400 block of 1st Avenue South in St. James Nov. 22.

Members of the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force, St. James Police and the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office found more than an ounce of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and other items indicative of drug sales in the residence, according to a St. James Police Department press release.

Suspects include 23 and 18-year-old St. James males and 27 and 24-year-old St. James women. They are being held in the Watonwan County Jail pending court.
