Networking and Development for Women

NEW ULM — The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its annual Mingle With A Purpose, an evening for networking and development for women on Thursday, Feb 17 at the New Ulm Conference Center at the Best Western Plus at 6:30 p.m. Come mingle with a purpose and “Never Give Up–The Survivor Way.”

As an extra incentive to purchase tickets, the Chamber will give away leather bags donated by Beacon beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 31. To take part in this promotion, you must purchase a minimum of 4 tickets at the regular cost of $25. Each ticket purchased gets a free leather bag, while supplies last.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for mingling, networking, dessert and cash bar. The featured speaker Holly Hoffman is an American author, motivational speaker and television personality. She also was the last remaining member of the Espada Tribe and the last women standing on Season 21 of “Survivor Nicaragua” on CBS. Through that experience and others throughout her life, Holly was inspired to share her message of positivity, determination and confidence. She is the author of two books Write Yourself a Note and Your Winner Within and is currently working on her third book.
