NEW ULM — Nilson Heating and Air Conditioning has received the Carrier President’s Award for 2021. This distinction is awarded to Carrier Factory Authorized dealers whose commitment to excellence and dedication to their customers truly sets them apart from the rest.

The entire team at Nilson Heating and Air Conditioning is very proud of this achievement, and we are committed to continuing to deliver the best heating and air conditioning service to the residents of New Ulm and surrounding areas.

To be eligible for the President’s Award, Carrier Factory Authorized dealers must exhibit first-rate customer service, have excellent leadership and management skills, and be experts in this field. In addition, recipients serve as role models, share best practices, and offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence across the Carrier dealer group.

For over 30 years Nilson Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the greater New Ulm area. Now with the second generation, Sam, and Adam, leading the way, the business look forward to many more years serving the community.
