The girl said the incidents happened a few months ago when she was 14 or 15 years old. She said Flores began texting her a little more than a year ago about how beautiful she was and would put his arms around her and touch her other ways and tell her not to tell anyone.

She said Flores made her feel uncomfortable, that his three-year-old son was in the back seat, and told her he wanted to have sex with her, but she kept telling him she wanted to go home.

The girl said Flores had sex with her the next day at his residence despite her telling him she wanted to leave. In addition, the girl said Flores asked her to send her nude photographs over Snapchat.
