NEW ULM — Local Just For Kix Director Molly Reinhart attended the 2021 Just For Kix Annual Directors Convention. Over 200 Just For Kix youth program directors from Minnesota, North Dakota, Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado and South Dakota attended the 2021 Directors Convention held at the Just For Kix Baxter Dance Studios and The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes on June 21-23.

Coach Molly has been the New Ulm Just For Kix Director for 3 years, but has been coaching here for over 13 years. During their banquet night, many awards get handed out, with the top award being Director of the Year. Coach Molly was chosen for this, with mentioning her success at creating a family-like feel within the program, her organization, the ground breaking amount of dancers she’s gained, and her amazing history within the company. Not only was this award given, but the New Ulm program was recognized as the 11th top producing program within the company, witch Coach Molly ranking as 6th top producing director for the company out of over 200 programs.

The convention highlighted the 40th anniversary of Just For Kix Company and offered multiple educational and programming classes to assist in furthering the directors’ dance curriculum knowledge and sessions on resources for program developments.
