NEW ULM--The warm weather forecasted for this week arrived on Wednesday. Temperatures were well above freezing all Wednesday, with a high of 52 degrees. Many New Ulm residents were able to head outside without a coat for the first time in months.Temperatures are expected to remain in the 40 and 50s throughout the week and could reach as high as 60 by Sunday.
