NEW ULM — The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old.

Cub Westly Hoffmann voluntarily left his Brown County residence on Wednesday, July 22 without permission. Cub has mental health issues including self-harm and possible substance abuse. His phone has been off since he left his residence.

Hoffmann was seen on Thursday, July 23 in St. Paul on Thomas Avenue West. He is five feet, seven inches tall, weighs 210 pounds, has a dark complexion and black and pink hair. He is anti-law enforcement and may fight.

Hoffmann does not carry identification. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, please call local law enforcement or the Brown County Sheriff’s Office at 507-233-6720.
