Comcast Cable lines were destroyed at 10:21 a.m. Thursday when a 2001 Freightliner semi pulling a farm cultivator hit the lines on the 500 block of 7th North Street, between Broadway and Minnesota Street. The truck driven by Loren Yates, 68, Mobridge, S.D., had no over height permit. The farm cultivator measured 17 feet, three inches tall. The overhead communication utility lines were 16 feet above the ground. The semi was not damaged.
