Louis and Dan (& The Invisible Band) perform in German Park Monday night. They use their voices to imitate other band sounds like trombones. The program is made possible by Minnesota voters through a grant to the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative., thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
