MARSHALL — On Oct. 23 the Brown-Lyon-Redwood-Renville County Drug Task Force along with Marshall Police Department coordinated an operation designed at targeting the demand side of underage sex trafficking in the area. This operation was part of a multi-jurisdictional operation conducted in partnership with the East-Metro Human Trafficking Task Force, Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, Redwood County Sheriff’s Department, Brown County Sheriff’s Department, Redwood Falls Police Department, Lower Sioux Police Department, and other agencies.

Three individuals were arrested and charged by the Lyon County Attorney’s Office with hire or agree to hire a minor for prostitution. George Everett Scott Croucher, 29, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; David Kent Onken, 55, Hadley; and Todd Mykle Roberts, 55, of Marshall, MN were taken in to custody and transported to the Lyon County Law Enforcement Center. All three men were arrested as a result of an undercover investigation into the on-line solicitation of a female believed to be 15. Arrests were made without incident.
