Notice is Hereby Given, that Robert Beranek, President of RBNU, LLC has filed a petition with the Finance Director of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota requesting the vacation of the following right-of-way, to wit:

11th North Street adjacent to Lot 7, Block 10 North of Center Street and also adjacent to Lot 1, Block 11, North of Center Street.

and said petition will be examined, heard, and considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway in said City on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., and at such meeting the Council will first examine and consider such petition, and thereupon, whether such vacation shall be made or not. All persons or parties interested therein will be heard.
