NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

WHEREAS, the City of

New Ulm Planning

Commission has initiat-

ed proceedings to con-

sider the amendment

of Chapter 4 of Appen-

dix A – Zoning Ordi-

nance to the City

Code. The proposed

change involves the

amendment of the

development stan-

dards for multi-family

residential develop-

ment in the R-3 (Medi-

um Density Residen-

tial) zoning district.

WHEREAS, the City

Code requires that this

matter be considered

by the New Ulm Plan-

ning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED,

pursuant to the City

Code, the New Ulm

Planning Commission

will meet at 4:30 P.M.

on Thursday, July 30,

2026 in the City Hall

Council Chambers,

100 North Broadway,

New Ulm, Minnesota to

consider this matter.

The public and all in-

terested parties are

hereby officially notified

of said hearing.

All written comments

will be read into the

record and must be re-

ceived by Noon,

Wednesday, July 29,

2026 and shall be sub-

mitted to: Community
