HEARINGS
WHEREAS, Joseph
Deml has applied for a
Variance to allow the
construction of a
residential home addi-
tion to be constructed 7
feet from the front yard
property line abutting
South Franklin Street
on property zoned
RT-2 (Traditional
Neighborhood – Single
and Two Family
Residence District) and
legally described as
Lot 7, Block 146, South
of Center Street with a
street address of 900 5
th South Street; and
WHEREAS, the City
Code requires that
these matters be con-
sidered by the New
Ulm Planning Commis-
sion.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
pursuant to the City
Code, the New Ulm
Planning Commission
will meet at 4:30 P.M.
on Thursday, April 30,
2026 in the City Hall
Council Chambers,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, Minnesota to
consider these matters.
The public and all in-
terested parties are
hereby officially notified
of said hearings.
All written comments
will be read into the
record and must be re-
ceived by Noon,
Wednesday, April 29,
2026, and shall be sub-
