Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota will conduct a Public Hearing at the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, to consider the operation of the New Ulm Police Department Unmanned Aerial Sys- tem (UAS) Operation including Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) frequently referred to

as a Drone.

Such persons desire to be heard with refer- ence to the proposed operation will be heard at this meeting.

The New Ulm Police and Fire Departments consider the UAV a shared resource. The drone could serve several public safety applications. The pri- mary use for the drone would be search and rescue. All usage will need to be in compli- ance with federal and state law.

All interested parties are invited to attend this Public Hearing or to submit written com- ments, concerns or questions. Submit writ- ten comments by con- tacting:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Com- missioners of Brown County, Minnesota will conduct a Public Hear- ing at a regular meet- ing of the County Board at 9:01 a.m., on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in the Brown County Courthouse Room 204, located at 14 S. State Street, New Ulm, MN to re- ceive public comments on a proposed speed study of CSAH 13 (North Highland) from CSAH 29 (Garden Street) to the north City Limits of New Ulm.
