Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Brown County; New Ulm, MN will accept sealed bids, at the Office of the County Administrator, in the Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, MN. until 10:00 a.m. on the 3 rd day of April 2024 , for the following project(s):

· S.A.P. 008-633-004 Bituminous Mill, Bituminous Overlay and ADA Improvements on CSAH 33 (Prescott Street in Sleepy Eye) located between CSAH 27 and CSAH 34 (4 th Avenue NW).

The nonrefundable plan and proposal price is $50.00 for a hard copy and $25.00 for a digital copy.

A check, draft or money order in the amount listed above, and payable to the Brown County Treasurer must accompany requests for plans and proposal.

A bidder’s bond or a certified check payable to the Treasurer of Brown County in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid must be included.

Brown County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

It is ordered and Notice is given that on March 25, 2024, at 9:30am, a hearing will be held in this Court in New Ulm, Minnesota, on a petition for the formal probate of instruments purporting to be the Decedent’s Will dated January 22, 2008, First Codicil to the Decedent’s Will dated February 2, 2010, second codicil to the Decedent’s Will dated February 21, 2022, and for the appointment of Peter Krzmarzick, whose address is: 2401 Elm St., Plover, WI 54467, and for the appointment of James Krzmarzick, whose address is: 1248 Cromell LN, Naperville, IL 60564, as personal representatives of the Decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.

Hearing will be held via Zoom. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the Decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the Decedent’s estate.

Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
