Notice is hereby given
that the Brown County
Planning Commission,
in and for the County of
Brown, will conduct
certain public hearings
as follows:
Conditional Use Per-
mit Application
APP-C-0001
Application filed by
Heather Holles on the
property owned by
Alan Anderson Test
Trust described as part
of the S 1/2 of the SE
1/4 , Section 22, Town-
ship 109 North, Range
34 West, Burnstown
Township, Brown
County, Minnesota.
Application is to allow
a dog kennel with up to
maxium of 14 dogs, all
located in A-1 Agricul-
tural Protection Zoning
District.
Notice is further given
that the above hear-
ings will be held by the
Brown County Plan-
ning Commission on
Tuesday, February
13th, 2024 beginning
at 9:00 AM in the
Brown County Court-
house Room #204,
New Ulm, Minnesota at
which time you may
appear if you so desire,
either in person or by
agent or attorney, in
opposition to or sup-
port of the proposed
Plat or Conditional Use
Permits. Hearings of
these appeals are not
limited to those receiv-
ing copies of this No-
tice, and if you know of
any neighbor or affect-
ed property owner
who, for any reason,
has not received a
copy, it would be ap-
preciated if you would
inform them of this
public hearing. A copy
