HEARING ON THE

2024 Collin Drive Im-

provement Project

Notice is hereby given

that the City Council of

the City of Courtland,

Minnesota will meet at

City Hall located at 329

Main Street in Court-

land on Thursday,

February 1, 2024 at

7:00 p.m. to consider

the construction of the

following improvement

of the 2024 Collin Drive

Improvement Project.

A. The construction

and reconstruction of

street and utility im-

provements for Collin

Drive east of 4 th

Street

The total estimated

project costs of said

improvements is

$621,400.

The area to be as-

sessed for such im-

provements are as fol-

lows:

A. Properties adjacent

to and having main ac-

cess to 4 th Street via

Collin Drive

A reasonable esti-

mate of the impact of

the assessment will

be available at the

hearing.

The City Council pro-

poses to proceed

under the authority

granted by Chapter

429 M.S.A.

Such persons as

desire to be heard with

reference to the pro-

posed improvements

will be heard at this

meeting. Written or

oral objections will be

considered.
