WorkForce Council will

release a Request for

Proposal (RFP) on Fri-

day, January 12th, soli-

citing proposals to pro-

vide workforce

development services

for adults and dislocat-

ed workers under Title

I of the Workforce In-

novation and Oppor-

tunity Act and State

Dislocated Worker Pro-

gram. The RFP is be-

ing issued for the

operation of services in

the nine county area of

Blue Earth, Brown,

Faribault, LeSueur,

Martin, Nicollet, Sibley,

Waseca and

Watonwan Counties.

Interested parties

should submit their re-

quest for a copy of the

RFP in writing by Janu-
