Notice is hereby given

that Red Rock Rural

Water System

(“RRRWS”) has filed a

Petition at the Cotton-

wood County, Min-

nesota District Court,

which requests that the

real estate owned by

all individuals who con-

nected to RRRWS in

2023, and who have

not fully paid for the

costs to receive pot-

able water from

RRRWS, be assessed

for all remaining costs

to connect to RRRWS.

A hearing on the Peti-

tion is going to occur in

the courtroom at the

Cottonwood County,

Minnesota Courthouse,

which is located at 900

3rd Avenue, in the City

of Windom, Minnesota

56101 on January 10,

2024 at 1:30 p.m.

Written and/or oral ob-

jections will be con-

sidered at the hearing.

The proposed assess-

ment rolls are on file

with the County Audi-

tors of Brown County,

Cottonwood County,

Jackson County, Lyon

County, Martin County,

Murray County, and

Watonwan County.

The real estate pro-

posed to be assessed

consists of every par-

cel of real estate bene-

fited by the connection

to RRRWS. The

amount being as-

sessed will be the

amount which has

been mutually agreed

to by the owners of the

real estate being as-

sessed and RRRWS.
