NOTICE OF PUBLIC 
HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY 
GIVEN that the 
Economic Develop-
ment Authority (EDA) 
of the City of New Ulm, 
Minnesota, will hold a 
public hearing at 9:00 
A.M. on Tuesday, Oc-
tober 31, 2023, in the 
City Council 
Chambers, City Hall, 
regarding the sale of 
EDA owned property 
located at 318, 320 & 
326 North Broadway, 
New Ulm, Minnesota, 
in accordance with MN 
Statute 469.105 Subd. 
2.

All persons in atten-
dance at the public 
hearing will be given 
an opportunity to 
speak on this matter. 
Written testimony may 
also be submitted to 
the Housing Office lo-
cated in City Hall prior 
to the Public Hearing.
