New Ulm Public Utili-
ties in New Ulm, Min-
nesota will receive
sealed bids to furnish
and deliver the follow-
ing equipment: one (1)
low voltage switch-
board with (2) 1600A
main circuit breakers
having remote
open/close capability,
(3) VFD motor controll-
ers, (2) step-down
transformers, and (1)
lighting panelboard for
the new Cooling Tower
electrical building.
Sealed Bids shall be
mailed to and received
at the City of New Ulm,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, MN 56073
by no later than Tues-
day, September 19,
2023, at 11:00 a.m.
Central Time at which
time the bids will be
opened and publicly
read aloud. Electronic
or late bids will not be
accepted.
Sealed Bids shall be
addressed to City of
New Ulm, Attn: New
Ulm Public Utilities,
100 North Broadway,
New Ulm, MN 56073
and shall be marked
“SEALED BID – COOL-
ING TOWER MCC
REPLACEMENT –
Submitted by (Bidder’s
name)”.
The Bidder shall in-
clude evidence of hav-
ing satisfactorily fur-
nished and delivered
similar scope of work
for at least three (3)
similar installations
during the past three
(3) years.

probate of the
Decedent’s will dated
February 13, 2009 and
codicil(s) to the will,
dated and separate
writings(s) under Min-
nesota Statutes sec-
tion 524.2-513 (“Will”),
has been filed with the
Registrar. The applica-
tion has been granted.
Notice is also given
that the Registrar has
informally appointed
John M. Skubitz
whose address is
108 South Main Street,
Le Sueur, MN 56058
as personal represen-
tative of the Estate of
the Decedent. Any
heir, devisee or other
interested person may
be entitled to appoint-
ment as personal
representative or may
object to the appoint-
ment of the personal
representative. Unless
objections are filed with
the Court (pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes
section 524.3-607) and
the Court otherwise
orders, the personal
representative has full
power to administer the
Estate, including, after
28 days from the date
of issuance of letters,
the power to sell, en-
cumber, lease or distri-
bute real estate.
Any objections to the
probate of the Will or
appointment of the
Personal Representa-
tive must be filed with
this Court and will be
heard by the Court
after the filing of an ap-
propriate petition and
proper notice of hear-
ing. Notice is also
given that (subject to
Minnesota Statutes
section 524.3-801) all
creditors having claims
against the Estate are
required to present the
claims to the personal
representative or to the
Court Administrator
within four months after
the date of this Notice
or the claims will be
barred. A charitable
beneficiary may re-
quest notice of the pro-
bate proceedings be
given to the Attorney
General pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes
section 501B.41, sub-
division 5.
