NOTICE IS HEREBY

GIVEN, that Matthew

J. Mathiowetz, a

Partner in Prairie Land

Development, LLP has

filed a petition with the

Finance Director of the

City of New Ulm, Min-

nesota requesting the

vacation of the follow-

ing right-of-way, to wit:

That portion of Elm

Street from the east

right-of-way line of

North Highland Avenue

to the northerly exten-

sion of the northeaster-

ly property line of

Outlot 155

and said petition will be

examined, heard, and

considered by the City

Council at a meeting to

be held at the Council

Chambers in City Hall,

100 North Broadway in

said City on Tuesday,

August 15, 2023, at

4:30 p.m., and at such

meeting the Council

will first examine and

consider such petition,

and thereupon, wheth-

er such vacation shall

be made or not. All

persons or parties in-

terested therein will be

heard.
