NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Matthew J. Mathiowetz, a Partner in Prairie Land Development, LLP has filed a petition with the Finance Director of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota requesting the vacation of the following right-of-way, to wit:

That portion of Elm Street from the east right-of-way line of North Highland Avenue to the northerly extension of the northeasterly property line of Outlot 155

and said petition will be examined, heard, and considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway in said City on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., and at such meeting the Council will first examine and consider such petition, and thereupon, whether such vacation shall be made or not. All persons or parties interested therein will be heard.
