Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Brown, will conduct certain public hearings as follows:
Preliminary Plat Ap- plication APP-P-0133
Application filed by Tony Fleck on the pro- perty owned by Antho- ny Fleck known as Fleck's Second Subdi- vision Lot 1 (0.75 Acres) and Lot 2 (0.24 Acres) on the property described as part of Government Lots 1 & 2 commencing at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 1 Fleck Subdivi- sion filed as Doc #210857, Section 19, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Mil- ford Township, Brown County, Minnesota. Notice is further given that the above hear- ings will be held by the Brown County Plan- ning Commission on Tuesday, June 13 th , 2023 beginning at 9:00 AM in the Brown County Courthouse Room #204, New Ulm, Minnesota at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed Plat or Con- ditional Use Permits. Hearings of these ap- peals are not limited to those receiving copies of this Notice, and if you know of any neigh- bor or affected property owner who, for any reason, has not re- ceived a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing. A copy of each proposed request is on file in the Brown County Plan- ning & Zoning Office, Brown County Court- house, 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Min- nesota, and may be viewed during regular business hours. It is Ordered and No- tice is given that on June 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determi- nation of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Adam Zieske, whose address is 1636 Greystone Road, Hastings MN 55033, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised ad- ministration. Any ob- jections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If prop- er and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representa- tive will be appointed with full power to ad- minister the Estate, in- cluding the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and ex- penses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
