PUBLIC NOTICE
The Minnesota Depart-
ment of Transportation
proposes to construct a
roundabout at the inter-
section of US 14/North
Highland Avenue in
New Ulm in 2024. The
project will provide trail
accommodations at the
roundabout that tie into
existing trail connec-
tions. The project will
also improve pedestri-
an and bicycle accessi-
bility.
In accordance with 23
CFR 774.5, MnDOT is
soliciting comments on
the effects this project
would have on the New
Ulm Recreational Trail.
The project will impact
450 feet of the New
Ulm Recreational Trail
at the intersection of
North Highland Avenue
and US 14.
The Federal Highway
Administration has
made a preliminary
determination that the
proposed action on the
New Ulm Recreational
Trail is a Section 4(f)
de minimis action in
accordance with 23
CFR 774.5, condi-
tioned on public review
and comment. A de
minimis finding may be
made when uses of
Section 4(f) land will
have no adverse effect
on the protected
resources.

Notice is given that an

probate of the
Decedent’s Will, dated
August 20, 1999, and
(“Will”), has been filed
with the Registrar. The
application has been
granted.
Notice is also given
that the Registrar has
informally appointed
Calvin Lindmeier,
whose address is 618
N Franklin, New Ulm,
Minnesota, 56073 and
Lorie Schlomann,
whose address is 1119
N Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota, 56073, as
personal representa-
tives of the Estate of
the Decedent. Any
heir, devisee or other
interested person may
be entitled to appoint-
ment as personal
representative or may
object to the appoint-
ment of the personal
representative. Unless
objections are filed
with the Court (pur-
suant to Minnesota
Statutes section
524.3-607) and the
Court otherwise orders,
the personal represen-
tatives have full power
to administer the
Estate, including, after
30 days from the date
of issuance of letters,
the power to sell, en-
cumber, lease or distri-
bute real estate.
Any objections to the
probate of the Will or
appointment of the
Personal Representa-
tives must be filed with
this Court and will be
heard by the Court
after the filing of an ap-
propriate petition and
proper notice of hear-
ing.
Notice is also given
that (subject to Min-
nesota Statutes section
524.3-801) all creditors
having claims against
the Estate are required
to present the claims to
the personal represen-
tative or to the Court
Administrator within
four months after the
date of this Notice or
the claims will be
barred.
A charitable beneficiary
may request notice of
the probate proceed-
ings be given to the At-
torney General pur-
suant to Minnesota
Statutes section
501B.41, subdivision 5.
