It is Ordered and Notice is given that on April 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 S. State St. New Ulm, MN, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, May 30, 2019, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Ryan W. Walters, whose address is 910 N. Beadle St., Papillion, NE 68046 and Mitchell T. Walters, whose address is 1105 Carney Ave., Mankato, MN 56001 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is Hereby Given, that John M. Gag, President of JMG Rentals, Inc. has filed a petition with the Finance Director of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota requesting the vacation of the following rights-of-way, to wit:

1. All of the alley right-of-way in Block 205 North of Center Street

2. All of the alley right-of-way in Block 206 North of Center Street

3. All of the 15th North Street right-of-way between Block 206 and 207 North of Center Street

and said petition will be examined, heard, and considered by the City Council at a meeting to be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway in said City on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., and at such meeting the Council will first examine and consider such petition, and thereupon, whether such vacations shall be made or not. All persons or parties interested therein will be heard.
