Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 27th, 2023, at the Brown County Courthouse in New Ulm, Minnesota for the rental

Parcel One: Approximately 35 acres of hay land, located in the South Thirtyseven (37) Acres of that portion of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Brown County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of County State Aid Highway Number 11. NOTE: This parcel shall be used solely for haying and all tree and vegetative plantings will be protected and maintained as is.

Parcel Two: Approximately 30 acres of tillable agricultural land, located in the North Thirty(30) Acres of that portion of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Brown County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the centerline of County State Aid Highway Number 11.

The rental period would be for three (3) years starting in 2023. The bid must be sealed and identified with the parcel and bidder’s name on the outside of the envelope. The bid must specify the total annual rental payment, due March 15 of each year of the rental period.

Brown County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities therein and to select the bid most advantageous to the County. Any questions should be directed to the Brown County Administrator at 5072336601 or stop in the County Courthouse Room 211 in New Ulm.

NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 20, 2023, at 9:00 AM, a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 S State St, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, February 14, 2006, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Donna M. Mielke, whose address is 2107 N Highland Ave, 210, New Ulm , MN, 56073 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED

administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. The hearing will be held via Zoom.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
