NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, the Day-ton Hudson Corporation (“Owner”), has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow Warehousing in a B-3 (Community Business) zoning district on the property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Broadway 1 st Addition and located at 1914 South Broadway; and
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearing.
All written comments will be read into the record and must be received by Noon, Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and shall be submitted to: Community Development Department, City of New Ulm, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073 or to davids@newulmmn.gov .
