NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on January 30, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 14 South State Street, New Ulm, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated September 3, 2010 (“Will”), and for the appointment of Steven E. Hesse, whose address is 1601 South Franklin Street, New Ulm MN 56073 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Hearing On the Final Plat of the Trail

Addition

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway, in said City at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 on a proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted is located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota and is described as the Trail Addition . The street address of the property is 229 Center Street to 228 1 st South Street.

At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.
