2. Oath of Office was administered to Stu-dent Board Members.

3. Sunderman/Waloch approval of minutes.

5. Superintendent, Ac-tivities, River Bend, Staff Development, DCAC, Policy, Student, Announcements.

6. Waloch/Ringhofer approval of bills for audit/budget report. (6-0)

7. Accepted Cash Bal-ance Reports, received investment schedule.

8. Ringhofer/Waloch acceptance of dona-tions. (5-0, Sunderman abstained)

9. Groebner/Waloch adoption supporting MSHSL Foundation Form A Application.

10. Policy review no second reading re-quired: 410, 416, 506, 522, 534, 806, 807. First policy reading: 417, 418, 524. Changed policy numbers: 722 to 724 & new #722.
