Notice of public hearing and intent to consider plans for redistricting of county commissioner districts in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 375.01 to 375.025————-Published in Hanska Herald March 31, 2022 and Hanska Herald, Springfield Advance Press, Comfrey Times/Darfur Gazette and New Ulm Journal April 7 & 14, 2022————– Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, 2022, at 9:05 a.m., the Brown County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing in the Commissioner’s Room at the Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State Street, in New Ulm, MN, for the purpose of considering preliminary plans for the redistricting of Brown County Commissioner Districts. A copy of the preliminary plans with all attachments and supporting documentation shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Auditor-Treasurer during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Department is located on the 2nd Floor of the Brown County Courthouse, Room 206. Any citizen intending to submit a plan for consideration in the redistricting of Brown County Commissioner Districts must contact the Auditor-Treasurer Department in person or by calling 507-233-6613 no later than April 11, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.Notice is also given that the Brown County Board of Com-missioners will meet at 9:05 a.m., in the Commissioner’s Room at the Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State Street, in New Ulm, MN on April 19, 2022, for the purpose of redistricting Brown County Commissioner Districts.Dated: March 25, 2022
