ORDINANCE NO. 22- 049, FIFTH SERIES

CITY OF NEW ULM, BROWN COUNTY, MINNESOTA

AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM

AND ADOPTING APPENDIX A– ZONING ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM:

SECTION I. That Chapter 9 of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota, is hereby deleted in its entirety.

SECTION II. That Appendix A — Zoning Ordinance to the City Code of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota, is hereby adopted, as attached.

SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force 30 days from and

after its adoption, approval, and publication.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

HEARING ON THE FINAL PLAT

OF MILFORD HEIGHTS 5TH ADDITION

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10.09, Subdivision 2 E of the City Code of the City of New Ulm, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of New Ulm at the Council Chambers in City Hall, 100 North Broadway, in said City at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 on a proposed final plat. The property proposed to be platted is located in the City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota and is described as Milford Heights 5th Addition. The street address of the property is 648-685 Waraju Avenue.

At such public hearing, all persons interested in the plat shall be heard and the City Council may thereafter approve or disapprove the plat.
