Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Brown, will conduct certain public hearings as follows:

Conditional Use Permit Application APP-C-0144

Application filed by Scott Ryan MacNeil of American Tower Corporation on property owned by Russell & Lois Stueber described as S 50 Acre of the NE ™, of Section 20, Township 110 North, Range 31 West , Milford Township, Brown County, Minnesota. Application is to renew an existing Conditional Use Permit to continue to allow the use of a 200′ guyed tower to be used as a communications facility & to maintain construct, repair & operate said communication facility inclusive of uses incidental thereto, all located in the A-1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District.

Application filed by Mark Guggisberg on the property owned by Mark R & Lisa Marie Guggisberg described as Lot A-9 of the NE ™ of the SE ™ Plat 224772 of Section 12, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Milford Township, Brown County, Minnesota. Application is for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Single Family Home to be built in Project RiverBend, all located in the A-1 Agricultural Protection/Shoreland Zoning District.

Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held by the Brown County Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 beginning at FORMTEXT 9:00 AM in the Brown County Courthouse Room #204, New Ulm, Minnesota at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the proposed Plat or Conditional Use Permits. Hearings of these appeals are not limited to those receiving copies of this Notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner who, for any reason, has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing. NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL?AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL?REPRESENTATIVE AND?NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will, dated November 3, 2017, and (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Kathy Glewwe, whose address is 11550 Arbor Lakes Pkwy, Unit #2, Maple Grove MN 55369, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 501B.41, subdivision 5.
