NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, Paul Neyers, on behalf of Doppeleichen Vineyards, LLC and FN Properties, LLC has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a farm winery in a B-3 (General Business) zoning district on the properties legally described as the North ¢ of Lot 7 and the South ¢ of Lot 7, Block 68 North of Center Street. The street address of the property is 225 and 227 North Minnesota Street and 509, 511 and 513 3rd North Street; and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, February 24, 2022 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearing.
