BROWN COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday the 23rd day of February, 2022 at the hour of 10:00 AM in room 204 Brown County Courthouse New Ulm, Minnesota the Board of Adjustment will assemble under Minn. Stat.13D.021 to consider the following Variance Applications.

To consider a variance application #APP-V-0051 of Seth Schaefer on property owned by Donald & Diana Schaefer described as Lot 2, Block 1, Westview Subdivision, all in Section 5, Township 110 North, Range 31 West, Milford Township, Brown County, Minnesota.

Description of Variance: To allow a reduction from the required One Hundred and Ten (110) feet from the center of a Township Road to Eighty-eight (88) feet to allow placement of a 2,228 Square Foot home onto the property, all located in the A-1 Agricultural Protection Zoning District
