ORDINANCE NO. 2021-047, FIFTH SERIES

CITY OF NEW ULM, BROWN COUNTY, MINNESOTA

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.04 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM RELATIVE TO ZONING IN SAID CITY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW ULM:

SECTION I. That the zoning map referenced in Subdivision 2 of Section 9. 04 of the City Code of the City of New Ulm is hereby amended as follows:

The following described property heretofore zoned B- 1 ( Limited Business District), is hereby redesignated and rezoned to B- 2 ( Service Business District):

Lot 2 of Tract “A” and the North 50 feet of the Balance of Tract “A” of Outlots 476, 477, 451- A and 451- B, City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota

SECTION II. That the City Engineer is hereby ordered to make the necessary alterations to the official map of the City of New Ulm to reflect these changes.

SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force 30 days from and

after its adoption, approval, and publication.
