WHEREAS, Kathleen Backer has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of a residential dwelling unit in a downtown B-2 (Service Business) zoning district. This property is legally described as Lot 8, Block 67 South of Center Street. The street address of the property is 125 South Broadway; and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearing. All written comments will be read into the record and must be received by Noon, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, and shall be submitted to the Community Development Department, City of New Ulm, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073 or to HYPERLINK “mailto:davids@new
