NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, Kathleen Backer has filed an application with the City of New Ulm requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of a residential dwelling unit in a downtown B-2 (Service Business) zoning district. This property is legally described as Lot 8, Block 67 South of Center Street. The street address of the property is 125 South Broadway; and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning Commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said hearing.
